When using Adobe Camer Raw under PSE 9 I am missing the Tone Curve Panel with the graph on it. ACR for PSE is at 6.3.0.79. I have the curve graph under PSS but not PSE.

Yes, that's right. PSE is a "cut down" version of Photoshop, so some stuff like that is missing.

If you are on OSX, at least PSE8 came with bridge and "full" ACR when accessed through bridge. Not sure wether PSE9 still is the same.

On windows: No such luck.

First, what's "PSS"?

Second, what OS are you using? As was mentioned above, Mac and Windows have a different way of getting to Camera Raw in Elements that gives Macs more functionality.
