"The Big One" at Daytona

I was fortunate enough to capture a sequence of the "big one" which came early in the Daytona 500 on Sunday. Here's my favorite image from the sequence. This is 40mm, full frame on a crop body.

I was so bummed when that big one came so early on! Happened too far away from me to get anything, but then again I was just in the stands. Great Pic! Looks like they are going to hit you

I very rarely write something here. Usually just coming for inspiration, but I have to now. This is truly one of the best action shots which I ever seen. Congratulations, it's really good one.

Thanks for the compliments. I had my feature shots long before the race started, so as soon as I got the 10 or so pics in this wreck sequence, I went home. It was great not sharing the road with 150,000 race fans.
