See, technically it might be blown out. BUT...you have one light source, and the white is going to reflect more light than his face. Decision time....appease pixel counters that get bothered by blown whites, or get his face exposed properly. Imagine if his skin were even darker...what would you do?
What's the topic? What's the focal point? Is that part exposed properly? If so, then you told your story.

Yea natural light it was around mid day when I took these

I think they're great.

I get what your saying but wouldn't some exposure bracketing taken care of this?

Number 1 is my favorite. IMO I would like to see a little more room above his head to balance out the amount next to his arm

i really like 3 but the yellow post keeps catching my eye and you have cut out part of the bike. I would like to see a different angle and focus on the one bike but nice set all the same

i dont what i was thinking when i cut out the bike ill know better next photo op
