Nice shots, KDA! Seems all the magpie are very similar except bill color and other small patch of color here and there.

Nice shots KDA, but I especially like flight image of the magpie.
Your are correct, the duck is a drake wigeon.

A stunner!!!
What a beautiful bird.
Sharp, colourful, detailed. Love the end of its tail.
Like a hologram.
Mm. Very nice

Is that the best name they can give it? :p

These are really pretty birds, but we don't get them in the Fresno area. They can be found within 20 miles of where I live, but never in this immediate area. I've never understood that.

Your shot is really a beautiful capture of a magpie in flight, Shalu. Very nicely done.

Awesome shot Shalu. That's one fancy Crow.
Happy trails.

Thank you very much for your compliments, Richard, Mike, Jack and Paul! Like Mike said, the bird is native in California, but also not seen in my immediate area, I have to drive at least 25 miles to see them. This is the first time I saw and photographed this bird, was really happy.

I love this one, Shalu. It's such an outstanding flight shot of a magpie.
