I tried Topaz Sharpen AI to process a frame in the series, seems to bring out a bit more details in the feathers. I feel that you've been already getting great sharpness. I do notice some difference when doing split screen before/after comparison, but I will unlikely use it on many pictures, since it takes too much time to process.
