Thank you so much, Mike! It just took off from the ground. A9+Fast AF Prime lens+ Dot Sight really helped me getting this kind of shots. My 1DX friends don't even try haha :-P:lol:

Very nice!

My first one in flight. The conditions were perfect. I can't ask for anything better than blue cloudy skies. I got a lot of throwaways on this one. my cyber garbage can is full. :p

Beautiful shot - the way they dart around, they are very tough to catch in flight. Well done.

Well done on the first but that kind off surprises me in as much as I thought, I know that's reckless, that they were quite common over there, mainly from the number of photos we see posted on here. Whatever, I'm envious as it's not something I'll ever see flying round my neck of the woods!

Thank you Sid. I know the bald eagles have made a major comeback here in the states. It seems to me that everyone's getting good shots of them except me. :-( :pI see a few eagles in my area, but never seem to be able capture a decent shot of one. I went out today, knowing that I'd get another chance at him, but he never showed. vmad Oh well, I just have keep after him, or her.

This is truly a great flight shot, Shalu. At first I was trying to figure out what was in his mouth.
