Thank you very much for your compliments, Mike and Robert!

That's great shot with the waves behind the gull! Fantastic capture, Robert!

A-Number-1 flight shot of the burrowing owl, Shalu. With the position of this bird's wings, it's easy to see what a narrow depth of field you had here.

Primo Shalu. Just primo.

This image of the gull flying in front of the crashing wave really makes for a fantastic action shot, Robert. It is definitely very appealing.

These images are very nice, Rob, but a bit of a surprise. I rarely see you shoot BIF. I've gotta ask you; how do you rate/like the the EOS R for shooting birds on the wing?

Love this one, Tom. Very cool pose.

Mike I shoot BIF all the time when I can. I just do not get that much opportunity too. As far as the EOS R, it works on the larger fliers but for the really fast or small birds it is not very good. The 1dxII is far ahead for the BIF work. With that said I am liking some of the features on the EOS R and would love to see them in a pro model with better AF.

Thank you very much, Peter and Mike. Yes, DOF became very shallow when the bird got close

Very nice flight shot, Rob. I'd like to watch and see how this guy gets that clam shell open.
