Thank you very much, Mike ~

I planted that Agasache Red Fortune about a month ago specifically to be able to shoot hummingbirds, and it has grown enough to attract hummingbirds. This was my first shot of the hummingbird feeding from it this morning.

I keep asking myself: Where is the photographer for a shot like this? On a boat or raft, or swimming around with a camera in a lifted hand?

4matic wrote in post #19108804 (external link)
By the lake shore probably;-)a He can walk on water in case you are wondering.

I sat low on lake shore. I would be afraid to shoot from a boat/kayak as I can't swim :-P

Thank you very much, Shalu!

Excellent capture of the skimmer with the late afternoon light, Shalu!

Fish dinner doesn't get any fresher than that. Wonderful capture, Shalu!! I love how the water droplets are strewn everywhere, including dripping off the bill of the skimmer.

Mike thanks so much.
I never expected to see one.
We were on one of those lonely two lane roads and saw the bierd on a pole and passed it, with me saying that was huge and Poof saying
that's not a vulture.
So we turned around and I went to work ;)
