Slightly disappointing but at the same time quite exciting as this was the first time I had ever been to a nature reserve with the sole intention of photographing birds. Plenty of waders and sea birds but all a very long way away! :-( Also this was the first time I had seen a Curlew! It’s quite a big crop and not quite as sharp as I would have liked but it’s a start! :-)
