Wow, G88...this is really an outstanding capture. Not an easy shot to make.

Indeed...I have a lot more blurry ones as proof LOL...TY!

Tom I appreciate that...things I had to do=got married/retired/sold a house after remodeling it, remodeled the 'retirement' home, moved a ton of stuff.
I've worked harder during retirement than ever during work haha! The cameras gathered dust. Good to be free to shoot again.

From the side yard this afternoon.

Having become bored of the lover's picnic, this cardinal decides it's time to fly the coop. Or tree.

Terrific shot, Bill! Very sharp image.

Great capture, Jimmy. He stands out nicely against the green blurred background.

Wow, G88...this is really an outstanding capture. Not an easy shot to make.

You really nailed him nicely in this flight shot, Tom! Great work.

Thanks so much, Mike
Another case of not expecting him to be there.
(never would have caught him if he didn't give me a few squawks in passing)

This is a great shot.
It looks just like the bird changed the direction when you took the picture.
Thanks for sharing.

Thanks! Unlike Swallows that stay fast and just change direction rapidly, these keep a relatively smooth path but change SPEED drastically...they're very odd fliers
