I surely thank you for the wonderful, encouraging compliment, Steve! You give me way, way too much credit. I use the R5 and the R6 both for BIF. I honestly don't see any difference. Maybe I haven't shot long enough with these two cameras to make an intelligent evaluation, but so far, I feel as though they both are excellent for shooting birds in flight.

Thanks for sharing the info regarding the R5 and R6 for BIFs. I'd always figured that if you had a bird at any sort of distance the extra pixels of the R5 would help save the image.

But much more importantly, thanks to Fotoi, I can wish you a Happy Birthday! I couldn't at all improve over the sentiments he so beautifully expressed about you. Hope it's the best ever!
