I went to the countryside today. The Swallows are already leaving, not many left. I did manage to shoot a few and this was my favourite. The low sun was at 2 o'clock here, and with the bird turning it was mostly backlit, not exactly what you want but he was pretty close and it turned out fairly decent. I just realised I forgot to reduce noise.
