We're still on the hunt based out of the Viera area but exploring several other areas.
Yesterday we found the hidden gem of central Florida-north shore Lake Apopka Wildlife drive=10 stars, will
def. hit that one again. Today another gem, Orlando Wetlands Park with another 4 mile hike but wow what a place.
Still not 'bird' season but the place is beautiful and I don't mind hiking to the birds to get away from the cars at places
like Merritt. We also hit Tosahatchee NWR, it gets a zero giving up nothing to us except an almost three hour drive in
the serious backwoods of Florida-glad we had 4x4.
