I finally got a swallow in flight. I had to prefocus on an area and wait for the stupid chicken to figure out where I wanted him/her to be. Of course, the bird is about 1 pixel in the entire field of view. I will catch one one day, and nail him to a fixed location so I can get a good picture:

I also got a flock of these, which I believe are least sandpipers, but if anyone knows better, please correct me

As soon as Harvey left town, I put my two hummingbird feeders back up. In short order, the largest female Ruby-throat I have ever seen, took over both, driving off all other hummers. She was very bright and very fast. Unfortunately, the background was very dark, but I like these anyways.

I was about 10 meters distant, but she kept her eye on me:

This was taken only 100 milliseconds later:

These are considerably cropped, to put it mildly, due to my distance and also to eliminate the feeder from the image: spot meter, center focus point, AI Servo, high speed continuous.

It was good to see the sun and the blue sky again. Our house escaped water damage, by a very thin margin. Many of my neighbors were not so fortunate. This big city will take years to recover, imho.
