Nice shots but I don't think picture 1 is a Buzzard. Looks more like a Hawk...maybe Red Tail.......

Your red tail hawk (Buteo jamaicensis) is very similar to our common buzzard (Buteo buteo), whereas your buzzard appears to be a turkey vulture (Cathartes aura).

A Ruby-throated Hummingbird averages 50 wing beats per second, they can go lots faster. This female was at my feeder at a range of 25', so I needed to stop down a bit for some DOF. This is the first time I have "frozen" the wings on these elusive little subjects. I am no fan of ISO 3200, but that's what it took.
