Thank Jack, it was a very calm day...guess I got lucky !!

The 5D4/100-400II combo does pick up and lock on to fast BIF's pretty well, so that helps too... But keeping these fellas in the viewfinder in the first place is a challenge for sure.

these birds are very tame in the city but outside when you want to take a picture it's not that easy
