Thank you! I'm not sure but if I had to guess I would say approximately 50 yards or so. I'll be back out there tomorrow so I'll try to gauge it a little better and report back if that is off.

Nothing as dramatic as the Osprey from Candor (I'm still in awe!), but I'll settle for the herons and the gulls for now :-)

Nice shot, Bjarne. We haven't heard a cuckoo yet here, unfortunately, but, then, we are quite a way from where their favourite hosts like reed warblers and pipits nest.
