I have been shooting a pair of breeding white-tailed kites at a local park for months now. They have raised two chicks which are now long gone. They built a second nest nearby while raising those two juveniles. Now their second brood has fledged. There are 3 juveniles this time. This series shows a juvenile's failed attempt at food exchange with its parent this afternoon.
