I only have two pair of “resident” hummers during the season but when migration begins there's a steady stream of birds at the feeders. I mix the sugar water a gallon at a time and go through two gallons a week. It gets to be a little like work keeping the feeders cleaned and filled.

Beautiful. What these birds are all about.
You surely captured that well.
Any follow ups and the consequences?

Thanks. Nothing from right after that particular photo but this is from the same location.

Wonderful image, perfectly capturing the essence of that magical place. We have only visited one time and probably won't return, but we will never forget the experience of photographing at "The Bosque". Thanks for posting this, have you thought of printing this on canvas? A wall hanger for sure.

Thank you for the kind words. Yes, I have thought about printing this photo in the near future. Canvas would be a great choice.

Very beautiful scene,and well captured.
One of those photos I could hang on the wall and gaze at for ages.
Those experiences are special.
