It was too close and had wing tips clipped

Thank you very much Archibald. Your are so right about crows being a tough target. I practice, and practice on them daily, because there are so many in my neighborhood. The big thing about crows for me, is to get that eye. I want the viewers to be able to clearly see the eye (on any bird), and it just doesn't happen all that often. I also like to get clouds in my pictures, because a blue sky photo can get boring if done all the time.

The colors helped make this a gallery print seller.
I should find the tiff and make a better JPEG for online display to do it justice. Bandwidth was slower in 2004.
