Heavy crop and bad light so IQ is not so good, but I like the action.

Awesome series Shalu. A lot of drama there. :-)

I hate birds.....They make flying look soooo easy.
Well, I tried it as a kid....and it ain't!
Do we take pictures of them because of their beauty?
Or do we just envy their abilities to leap over tall buildings in a single bound?

Fotoi I like your series from that region.
Is that your 'back yard'? Live by there?
Looks very scenic place and the birds must be impressive and probably noisy.

Love that. Those big lumbering birds take on a different guise once up in the air.

Wow.
Amazing sequence. What a sight!
That little bird will grow quickly feeding it that sized fish.
Looks well rehearsed routine.

I love posting European Buzzard shots as this bird isn't anything like the American vultures of the same name. Here is a Buzzard coming n to land.

And here is a female Kestrel hovering.

I love Eagle shots, so here is a juvenile White Tailed Eagle scattering hooded crows as it comes in to a piece of carrion.

And I still didn't find the shot I had in mind for this thread!
