According to the pamphlet on their website Robert, Northern Harriers breed there and are common to abundant in November and December. Good Luck!

Good point. I guess it's all about what appeals to each of us. As much as I like getting shots of birds with clouds in the picture, the great majority of my BIF shots are cloud free.
