Try opening a file you didn't rename. Does that work?

What I did was extract the files, but I had to rename some because they had the same name and I pressed the app and it says error.

What are you saying? You renamed the camera raw application?

ACR comes with PS, it's a plug-in.
If you open a raw file in PS, it opens in ACR first ;)

You read the link in post 12?

Be a bit more concise. What "thing" and what "application"?

The help document offers 5 "solutions".
It also says "Follow the instructions below in order." Did you?

Solution one is installing the latest ACR.

This is the link for the ACR 6.3 windows update: http://www.adobe.com …ads/detail.jsp?ftpID=4917 (external link)

That's a zip file.
The instructions (read them!) for manual install on that page:

Manual installation on Windows®:

1. Exit Photoshop CS5 and Adobe Bridge.
2. Open the download file, double-click AdobePatchInstaller, and follow the onscreen instructions.
3. Launch Photoshop CS5 or Adobe Bridge.

Solution 2 involves reinstalling PS,
Solution 3 involves upgrading PS, which you shouldn't need.
Solution 4 has a link to the latest DNG converter, which you shouldn't need.
Solution 5 is updating ACR.

Your copy of CS5 has both the 32 bit and 64 bit versions.
