I am not a sport shooter..... So that out of the way, my opinion is; body parts cut off (cropped a little to tight), extra body parts not belonging to the subjects should not be in the frame, and maybe slightly underexposed and white balance a little off. I have done some shooting in the gym for family, its tuff with low light and different types of lighting. The correct equipment is very helpful, I think there is a sport section for this to pic up pointers.

There's a few things right off the bat I see.

1- This is cropped way too tight. You're missing hands, parts of arms, knees, etc. Its good to crop tight but you dont want to crop so tight that you cut off body parts.

2- There is a giant hand covering the one kids head. Im not sure if you're shooting in continuous or single shot mode but if you are taking several frames in a row I would pick the one that didnt have extra hands or other body parts blocking the action

3- Its boring. Its just two wrestlers in the referee's position waiting to start. All though you could argue there is emotion in the wrestler's face it really just looks like he's waiting for the referee to start the round.

My advice would be to shoot a little looser so you don't cut off limbs and wait for the action to start.

Thanks , i was locked on the expression of the face but now with your pointers it's crystal clear on how it's cropped to tight . Refs hand i thought added just a touch , but yeah i'll go with ya and see it's clearer without. .... As they say slow and steady . Those high school gym lights do cause me headache, but thanks to the many on these boards i feel i'm getting better . So to all on these boards thanks
