I am using DPP to process raw files. I convert and save to 16 bit tiff but I can't view my exif w/exif viewer. Does the exif not stay with the image on convert and save to 16 bit tiff?

Any help is appreciated as I would like my exif to stay with the saved image.

I can confirm that a 16-bit TIFF, created by DPP from a RAW file, does retain EXIF data.
I don't use Exif Viewer, but I can see them in FastStone Viewer.

Then I wonder why mine doesn't. When I save to jpg for the web I use "Save For Web" in CS1. Does maybe saving for the web this way strip the exif? It's actually the web version I'm trying to view exif on.

I believe "save for web" strips the data to save on file size.

Save for Web in earlier versions does strip the Exif -- I believe CS4 allows you to keep it. To keep the info in earlier versions use Save As (after Image Size).
