Looks like you shot this down by the building close to the four seasons in battery park city. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.

Hey, open window; no roof deck in this building and roof access has been restricted since last year. This stinks since this was the south view from the roof: The Hudson Harbor from the roof of my apartment Sadly this was shot when I first started digital photography and was one of only two times I had ever been up there. Went there for a early dinner for valentines day one year. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.

Not worth spending time watching people for afar. Much simpler to just go to a park and people watch. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.

And they early or early evening you have the jogger and biker working out on the bike path. And on the weekend is a good place to hang out and watch new yorkers playing. Much better to people watch at ground level. Traveling is my passion, so I am a major Frequent Flyer.
