I am doing a T shirt Model Shoot Tomorrow For a Local Band. I need any Advice you can give me. Any Idea's ? Hope I didn't bite more off than I can chew..

My advice: Don't forget your camera, strobes, umbrellas, softboxes and reflectors.

Make sure everything fits!!!!!!!!!!!!! It's incredible how many shots I see that are messed up because the shirts wrinkle/fold because they are too big.

I can recommend that you go over lighting 101 (external link) over at strobist.com. Lighting takes some practise (I'm still a beginner too) and learning to see how light falls is one of the most important thing which will also help your photos without flash. Also posing tips are a good start. (just search the forum)
That said, at least you are trying! thing will only get better.
