Ok, I am getting sharper at my Photoshop skills, but need help with something of a different nature. I have a picture of a patch that I need to convert to a graphic. I'm not sure what the best program would be for this or if anyone is willing to take a crack at it. This is totally new to me and don't know where to start. Thanks.
