How do you go about this? If you take pictures at a party, and post them online (blog), you won't get a release for everyone that is in every picture in the background....so how do you deal with this?

Gary_Evans Senior Member 859 posts Likes: 1 Joined May 2006 Location: Norfolk, England More info | Mar 02, 2011 08:49 | #2 I have a blanket release included in my contract which the event organiser agrees to and signs, stating that anyone who comes into my onsite studio to be photographed is deemed to have given their permission for those images to be displayed online "for resale to the subject, and advertising, marketing, display and any other purpose thought proper" by me.
