I'll play. :)
Finished, too much editing to list. this is the 8th rendition.

I don't like how you lost all the detail in the wall and in the hood/roof of the car. I wouldn't have pushed the image that far.

I can still see the detail on the hood and roof on my monitors, but to be honest there wasn't much to begin with in the original. That shot and another exactly like it but exposed darker I blended together. Didn't make a bit of difference aside from making the white car grey.

*Auto Levels
*Auto Contrast
*Unsharp Mask to sharpen it up as much as I could get away with (this image was pretty soft OOC)
*Curves Adjustment layer to change individual RGB channels for a cross-prossed look (I've been abusing this a lot lately, haha)
*Desaturated 40%
*Moved the Hue slider to the right some to change the car's color to a more neutral tone. (the Hue slider is under Adjustments>Hue/Saturation)
*Duplicated the Background so as to use the Blending options to choose Overlay (to add contrast). Changed Layer Opacity to about 20%
*To add more emphasis to the car and less on the extremely boring background I went to Filers>Distort>Lens Correction and moved to Vignette slider over to the left to add a strong Vignette.
*I used a black Brush set to 50% and a soft edge to color in the edges of the image (especially the bottom-left corner where it wasn't completely black)
*Went to Hue/Saturation to move to Lightness slider to the right to lighten the entire image a bit more while adding a slight "haze" to it.
*New Layer to past my water mark into. Adjusted that layers opacity to 10% to blend watermark into the image.
*Layers>Merge Visible...Save As...

Please list the steps for people who are trying to learn. That's the point of this thread. Not just a before/after.

It's a single exposure static shot. The movement was made with photoshop.

You're right, sorry. But I must admit that I don't remember the steps of all those pictures. Should I remove them?

Well, in the Skyline photo, I cut out the sky and played with hue and contrast untill I got the wanted the result.

The BMW Photo is a multiple exposure picture.

I simply can't believe the amount of detail you are pulling!!!! I haven't the slightest clue how you are going about this!

It would be GREAT if you could pick a few of those and just tell us roughly what you've done. Or just the major steps involved.

You are very talented!
