I would LOVE to get into this type of photography. But i have no idea how to get clients? Id even shoot a bit for free just to practice and play around. I honestly wouldn't care to make money or not. I just like how stylized this type of shooting/processing is. Also rules be damned! How to go about finding people to let me shoot their cars.

I want to die peacefully, in my sleep, like my grandfather.

Photoshop, Lightroom are the main ones. I have those but also use Paintshop Pro for it's ease of use and price. Also use Nik filters that work with all of the programs I listed.

I don't use Lightroom (LR), but if you want to jump in the deep end, the free Adobe Photoshop PSCS2 should allow you to do anything you need.

It's hard to suggest software for people that we don't know, so it wouldn't hurt if you posted some of your images so we could see where your personal baseline is.
