Tack sharp pictures, fast, not that heavy and the zoom range covers 95% of the pictures you'll be taking....more if you're taking landscape. You can save a few dollars on other lens but you can't improve on this lens. Canon 6D, Canon 7D, Canon G1x, Canon 24-70 II, Canon 70-300, Canon 100L Macro, Canon 16-35 F4L
