This is the first year we've had one around here. He seems to prefer the ground to trees but I caught him today in some twigs.

He has also been visiting a suet feeder I have in a tree. Unlike most other birds he doesn't use the tree branches as launching points for the feeder so it has been tough to get a natural shot of him.
