R33 Skyline afternoon single strobe

A mate of mine wanted a "REAL QUICK" few shots of his car to send to a possible buyer, it was the middle of the day so i had to work with harsh 2pm light, but was slightly overcast so i took 1 strobe and this is what happened.

Yeah, the blur seems to start before the car ends...and it could just be old or the dark sky, but it seems like the car needs a wax...

under and next to the mirror in the first image you can see your layer....
