+ Tax, don't forget. That could be very high, depending which state you're in.

Does not seem like such a good deal. CLP is still the way to go, especially if you pick up a cheap mack warranty after.

Its about the same price being offered at BH now but true you need to consider Tax, and the return policy

This.

$1499 for the body only is the going retail rate right now.

Online or in stores?

I haven't been in Sam's for a while but the last time I looked their prices weren't that good. Even though our sales tax is on 5% I would save about $125 by buying one online.

I posted a deal https://photography-on-the.net …/showthread.php?t=1006931 via buydig.com but it never got much traction, My total after rebate will be 1377 for 7d + pixma pro9000 plus 2 - 8gb cards and 2 - batteries (one generic). My deal had a 30 dollar coupon code that is now expired, but I think there is another 30 dollar code out there.

I saw that. Problem is the printer. I already have one and the market is flooded with them not to mention the size and weight if you try to sell it. The shipping costs a fortune.

In my opinion this price is better then CLP + warranty

It's still a PITA to me. I don't invite any people on CL to my house which means I would have to put it in my vehicle to meet someone who may or may not show up.

If I was going to buy a 7D I would get it from PMI on eBay, just under $1400 after Mr. Rebates and eBay bucks.
