An example of how flat it is here. I climbed part way up a grain bin and took some pictures. In the black circle is a barn. That barn is 2 miles away.

nice place Melody, very tidy for a farm, did you photoshop the yard a bit

That's not my yard. That's the co-op at the end of the street.

No, a really expensive remote :p

It's like a $300-400 remote.. but Fry's had it for $210 with an $80 rebate on black friday, but... there was an error so it was $130 minus an $80 mail in rebate, all the orders got canceled then reinstated a few months later.. but I finally got it!

hahaha oh no... I am broke right now... you see I am currently selling some stuff just to cover some of the expenses I made on this computer hehe

next lens purchase should be the 70-200mm VRII. my Sigma 12-24mm might go next week also :D

I might be able to get that lens before year ends  depends how good I am at controlling my unnecessary expenditures like food, shelter and internet ahahaha ;)

 I used to roller blade on the streets and down hills with traffic when I was younger. Ask me if I would do it now? No I know I'm mortal now

I don't even think I would dare do that when I was younger and invincible, lol.

Alex, Mark and Nick got me into using the black rapids. Best decision ever! I'm the only one with the sport one since it's new and they both agreed that's the best one to own now. We all use the black rapid with a bag so it doesn't get in the way. I use a lowepro 220aw? I think that's the name. But once you use a black rapid you will never go back. I tell everyone to get it.

I'll put Black Rapid sport on my list of next things to get. :)

But mine is Mk I. Well, if he wants it, that's fine. :)

I'm gonna post it up sometime this weekend. I need to take pics of it and dig up the ol' box and original lens case that came with it. I kept everything, just not sure where they are right now.
