It took Panda four years to convince me to play Portal (and much thanks to Nick for providing it for me), and look now, I'm hooked like a fish on a bait line. In 3-4 days, my Portal play time surpassed CS and DoD combined. O_O
It's a really fun game! :D

ohh ok so portal is based on HL? haha but it has opponents? HL is a multiplayer game so...I can't play it alone

Because it is based on Half Life. Even story bits are tied to HL sort of as Easter eggs inside the game. :)

Maybe black mesa...

That was a joke..haha...fat chance >.>

No, it's purely single player, and it's a platforming game, not a first person shooter. What I meant was there are are little bits of tie-ins with HL in terms of the story and art. There is a way to obtain the weapons from Half Life, although those wouldn't help you much in the game. ;)

There is that, and also Aperture Science exists in the world of Half Life. :)

I wanted to get a new 7D body, but B&H was out of stock, ended up with refurbished using Canon Loyalty Program, it shipped today here by Friday.
I wonder if this is just because of the rebates that ended on Sunday. Or supply chain disruptions due to earthquake.

Cheers,

Right now im debating and considering things

Now seems like it might be a good time to sell stuff as prices are up on the new stuff..so yeah

-I am considering swapping my 100-400 for a 70-200 Mk 2 and, when i need more length down the road, a 400mm f/5.6L, I might go out with the 100-400 for a bit if i can manage though beforehand...

-I am considering adding a wider fast prime to my lineup, Sigma's 24mm f/1.8 to be specific...

-I am considering getting a second body, But this is less financially viable at the moment
