Good Morning guys...so I slept at 3am and woke up at well 620am

no sunrise for me .... bad monkey

We didn't have a sunrise this morning. And won't have a sunset either. Bit of a snowstorm has rolled in.

I just saw this post on a local website...

Lookg good enough? except if I add my own choices on it, it would come out more expensive than what I am currently building haha

I think I am going to go back to sleep and wake up later around noon and go to the beach instead and hope for a good sunset...hmmmm lets see I wanna go out and shoot today

Finally back from San Francisco... whew! Really enjoying this new Leica P&S for just snapshots when traveling.

That means you got it right the moment you took the shot! In general, I like the idea of less is better when speaking of post processing, although I don't take it as a rule. It works for this one.

TRIPOD !!!

A question, I went to the camera store to buy a faster CF card with the intent of burst shooting now that with the Quantum power back, my flash can recycle fast. The sales person, a young lady said, shooting buffer speed is the same for a 200x or 600x because that number only refers to transfer speed. So to be able to shoot fast on red carpet, I eliminated saving raw went only jpeg.

I picked up a D-Lux 5 in San Francisco I love it so much I am actually considering selling my Canon gear in favor of an M8 and some smaller Leica glass for my DSLR kit!

Shawn M8 is not the plan , lots of issues, then they came out with an 8.2 to correct the issues, definately go M9

Tony your flash has to recycle even if you have a car battery attached to it your card and buffer should still be faster than your flash
