my husband and I going to art school and being around web designers and programmers our entire adult life think of it this way.

Geeks = Social Skills
Nerds = Lack of social skills

This is in regard to computer type geek/nerds only. Obsession being a requirement of either. Nerds often intelligent enough to make bling, but don't because they somehow lack the ability to get themselves into positions to make more money, and geeks making more because of their social ability.

Yep, exactly!

Hi Kirk. :)

what medium/media are you studying in the art school...I took summer classes in Trobeca at the NY Academy of Arts oil painting

I went to the art Institute of Atlanta for Multimedia Design which included audio, video, computer, a bit of programming, front end code, typography, layout and many other things!

Dude!!! Its the best track pad ive ever used!!!. You learned all the different ways of using it? 1, 2, 3, 4 fingers. It always gets a wow from people when i show them all the different things you can do with it.

Before i never used a trackpad on a laptop because they were all crap! Now i use this one for everything. Except in photoshop. I like the feel of a mouse there :D

Kenji, you're gonna love Crysis 2. I've been playing it for about a day and a half now. The graphics and game play are great. I've had quite a few moments already in game that have given me nice adrenalin rushes......hehe.

.

I was planning to play through Crysis 1 first since i actually havnt (didnt have a computer that could run it maxed out before)

What time are you guys going to play? I think most of you are on the East coast so when I'm eating dinner it's like 10pm for you. :confused:

But it's Friday so we could play all night long! :lol:

Yeah, I spent some time going through all the options last night. I love the 2 finger scroll with inertia and really like how easy it is to rotate a photo :)

Cool! I can hop in around 8-9 local then.

For once I'd like to see maps other than Office and Dust! :mad: It's the server admins who choose, right? We've been playing on Ego servers, so I guess they really like those two maps.
