I am thinking of putting some photos on my website for sale. How can I put a copy there for people to see but keep them from just saving, copying or printing it from my website.

Most people use low-resolution images (I use 800x600) and put a watermarked copyright over the center of the image (I don't, but that's me).

At least by using a low res image (800 x 600 or less), if someone did save the image and print it, the results would be less than pleasing at anything larger than a 4x6, or maybe even anything larger than a wallet-sized print.

Yes. I use a little lower than that, just to conserve space.

I happen to run accross a website the other day where the photographer somehow was able to protect the images so that there was no print option and or save. Even when right clicking image.

Anyone know how to do that

I use photoreflect.com . Low resolution pic is uploaded and has copyright protection you mentioned. You have to be very computer savy to rip one of those pics, then the quality is very low.

The only thing I dont like is some customers think the low res picture they see is what they would receive.

It's an HTML / Javascript feature - it works for the majority of people, but with a tiny ammount of technical know-how its very easy to circumvent so shouldn't be relied upon if you really want to protect them.
