Easy PhotoPrint Software

A simple and stupid question on the surface, but...

I'm not able to change printers in Easy PhotoPrint - only one printer appears, which was not even the default printer set on the machine. Any idea why not all the installed printers appear? This on the 2 - Select Paper page, Printer drop down.

Thanks in advance for any help.

I don't know why only the default printer appears. I use Easy Photoprint from CS5 all the time. In fact, it always comes up by default with my Canon Pixma Pro 9500 II, and it's not the default printer on my system. And for what it's worth, neither the default printer (Canon i9900) nor the Pixma Pro are physically connected to the machine. I have both on printer servers on my home network.

What OS?

I've had my R2880 refuse to print (did show up) when connected to my airport extreme.

Finally got it to work by resetting the entire printing system (OSX > System prefs > Print & fax, right click in the list, reset)

Might be something similar, might be something completely different.

OS - Win7 64bit
Printer - mulitple - i550, mp620
Connection - i550 is local to the PC, mp620 is wireless & shared on network.

I have a feeling this related to software compatibility with printer. Meaning under the Print & Email button in Zoombrowser are the following choices, among others:

Photoprint
IndexPrint
Easy Photoprint EX

Photoprint shows both printers mentioned above in the printer dropdown selection, Easy Photoprint only shows the more advanced/recent MP620.

Will stick to the mp620 for printing, as the i550 photo output has deteriorated and is no longer acceptable.
