I have a quick question. How to fix a overexposed wedding dress or suit? Thanks in advance.

can you give more details? may be a sample to look at. cz there's too many ways to do this. and if you shot RAW most probably it can be fixed with less damage, although jpeg also can be fixed but it's limited due to the loss of informations coverting to jpeg.

Depends how badly the detail is blown out and whether or not you shot RAW.

Bring the exposure down or bump up the recovery.

How do you have CS5, shoot raw, but don't know how to pull back exposure?

Sorry - just seems slightly juxtaposed considering the $$$ investment required in CS5.

Pull back the exposure, add some recovery. Then open in photoshop. If its not enough, do an extreme exposure pull, play with blacks, recovery, and curves to gain some contrast in the dress back and open it in a new layer and mask in as needed with some finesse.
