Where are you going? Laos? I've just returned and this time of year it is all dust - that is not to say the rivers don't flow, but the land is very, very dusty so your gear needs a clean every night - I can guarantee you those pictures were taken in the wet season.

That's granted, it's rainy season.. I've been to Laos and it's a wonderful little country..
