In your Opinion, what should I do?

Firstly, thank you so much for choosing Adorama; I hope it will be a long and happy relationship. I see that your question has been answered by the members here but do let me know if you need anything else.

2nd; if you ever need any advice, or after-sales support, my direct email is: HelenO@adorama.com (external link). Please feel free to contact me any time!

3rd; if you DO ever need to return anything, you have a 30-day returns period on everything - including refurbs and used. The 10 days should the maximum you can expect to wait for a refund - and in my experience it only takes this long at exceptionally busy times eg just after the Holidays. In reality, turnaround is rarely any longer than 4 days and can be less. If you need this expedited, you only need drop me an email with your order number and the return tracking number, and I'll do my best to get someone to catch it as soon as it’s unloaded from the truck.

In case you've not seen it, take a look at Adorama's shipping operation:

Damn I somehow accidentally ordered an imported one as well! I wish the B&H site made that more user friendly, it's easy to get confused if you d a search and the imported one is the first result but the USA one is down too far to see without scrolling so you click without realizing. I was wondering why it was $100 less then amazon, and I would have ordered it on amazon if I had realized... and gotten my free 2 day shipping... grr!! I guess I'll keep it, because I'm so broke at this point every penny helps.

I did make sure to write a note back to the Sales person that was helping me, and explaining I had made the mistake myself. I think she was a little shocked that I bashfully but honestly admitted my own fault, but I had to face up to it.

In the end, Adorama did do their very best, they even got the inventory logs to check from their end exactly what was put on the box, and truly, they delivered exactly what they promised.

I have nothing negative to say about Adorama whatsoever. To the contrary, they did exactly as they should have. I just hope I will be a bit more reasonable on my next order.

[And thanks a bunch, Helen. If you followed the thread, you can see this was -sadly- all customer error. Sigh..] :)

No worries - and thanks so much for your personal note; I made sure that Rebecca's manager saw how helpful she was.
