Hellooo!

After many years of ... not, I've rediscovered the activity that is "actually taking photographs" because I want to. Today was a sunny day, and I wanted to take some photographs, so I took some photographs ... of stuff, thus:

Nice work, but your title stepped on my of my forum nerves. Except for some bizarre circumstances photos are not random, they don't happen by circumstance. Someone crafted them. Miscellaneous is a much better term. You have taken great care to craft these images, they should be celebrated as such. Again nice shots.

It works better as a thread title when you imagine Marvin from Die Hard 2 saying it whilst perusing threads amid the forum list ... perhaps that's a (mental) image I should have taken more care in crafting, who can tell?

Nice photos, 1 and 2 are definitely my favorites. The miscellaneous shots are some of my favorites to take. Just walking around looking for lines, shapes, textures, colors, and shadows. You end up finding a lot of interesting things at angles most people never really take the time to look at.

Completely agree. I'm delighted to have rediscovered a love of it again after a few years without doing much of it, other than some rolls of budget film through my decrepit rangefinder ... the latest of which contains a version of #1 that I shot last Sunday on the way to church, but I haven't developed it yet ... which made me realise I liked doing it, and the resultant pictures.

nice set. I like the tree shadow on the yellow trailer.
