After reading Understanding Exposure on recommendation of these forums, I've been playing around at work. I'd be interested in people's thoughts:

I'd crop a little off the sides, but it works for me.

I like it! Although, to nitpick, I really like the selective coloring on the hash marks, but the illuminated light on the left side is a bit distracting to me.

I like the selective coloring, but then again I'm one of 'those guys'. Don't like the selective coloring on the button on the left, kind of distracting. It does seem a little bit not level though. Tilted down slightly to the left.

Thanks for the thoughts everyone. I thought that about the selective colouring on the left. I may re-do it, and see what people think?

Ok, what about this? I'm very thankful for the tips on this... still getting to grips with it all!
