Please let me know what you think of this pic , the white balance might be a tad off , but I prefer a "warmer" look.....

Besides for the colour of the skin , the light noise on her left side , anyother suggestions?

Thanks:)

Maybe a bit more DOF to keep both eyes in focus, also a bit underexposed.

Hmm , underexposed....I used a flash reflecting off the roof , with flash compensation must I make it -2 or Plus 2 to make it expose correctly wile bouncing it off a white roof?

Would be better titled "Left Eye and Nose" - could be anybody....no identity. You might as well crop out the background - left side.
The blood shot effect is a bit noticeable.

It is a bit under exposed, but I like it. The way the light is falling, it's directly on the focus eye. Lighting tips (external link).

"Warm" is nice in a lot of cases, but I think this is way too warm. If you adjust it so that the skin tones are more natural and the whites of her eyes are white then I think it is much more flattering. Also, the wall becomes more blue-gray, which complements the flecks of color in her eyes and makes them the point of interest in the image.

The highlights on her face do not show up as being blown out (I checked in Lightroom), so no problem there.

A little bit of skin softening also makes it more flattering.

Just a few minor adjustments and I think it becomes a very nice picture.

Technically speaking you should not have to adjust when bouncing since with ETTL the light is measured at the camera.

So adjust the exposure to your preference. A bit of a boost in this case to +1. But is it a full frame capture or a crop we see? How far were you from her?

Taking a look at the first photo i would slightly soften the skin, adjust white balance, reduce the brightness of the red veins in her eyes and boost the brightness of her pupil's (and maybe just a tad of saturation if they didn't pop enough). Be careful with warming filters as they can create a "i just fell asleep in a tanning bed" look

I really like the image but there are a couple of places that can be improved upon.

#1 - On your latest edit her right eye (camera left) looks like it was dodged a bit too much - giving it a kind of glaucoma-ey appearance.

#2 - The hard light makes her skin appear especially greasy

#3 - It is unfortunate that both of her eyes were not in focus - as they appear to be the focus of the composition.

Luckily, #1 and #2 are fairly easily fixed. Here's a quick pass at it:

Dunno - there are lots of places you can take this one.

*EDIT* I just noticed your image editing tag isn't on - if you'd like me to remove this image just let me know

I tried a quick edit. Sorry but the left side (her right side) of the face is a bit off after my edit. And I didn't get to work on the whites of the eye.

the blood vessels in her eyes are killing this image for me. If they can't be removed in PP without it looking unnatural, perhaps a squirt of Visine before shooting someone with that sort of thing, THAT CLOSE UP, is advisable in the future? Just my opinion, you are free to disregard it. She is gorgeous, with very beautiful eyes, would like to have seen them BOTH in focus, though I recognize that you did that purposefully, for your own artistic intent.

did a quick edit as well, worked on her eyes, whitened them up a bit, gave her irises just a tad bit more saturation but not too much, soften up her skin, but i think i over did it, did this thru lightroom 3 only.
