I took these a few months ago as a HDR first go, and I would like some CC. Thanks for looking!

Nice work.
#1 feels tilted a bit.
#2 very nice, can't tell it's an HDR
#3 also nice but maybe brighten & boost contrast a bit especially near the bottom?

Good job on the processing. I agree with the post above slightly tilted in #1.

Very good job. They don't even look like HDR.

I love the 1 and 3. Mainly because of the colors. 2 is good, it just doesn't pop out to me.

I tend to pull my editing back on HDR PP. Im afraid of them looking too unnatural.

1) Getting beyond the golden colors, the trees look flat without any depth. Boosting contrast a bit would help this out and bring in some more definition.

2) Overall, the processing isn't bad. Got some dark areas of sky behind a few areas of the treeline which stick out like a sore thumb. Shrub in lower left corner is cut off, and maybe dial the greens back a hair. Overall, though, I just don't find the scene overly interesting...the "dead" sky really doesn't help the composition.

3) Again, this looks somewhat flat and lacking depth as well. Contrast is your friend...

Well done! They look as they should, natural !! Great colors coming from all images. A little contrast boost would add a little more depth to you last photo.

Posting some before/after shots could be fun? :) Interested to see your photo combination

Nice HRDs. All look natural.
The first one has great colors but seems a bit tilted.
The second one is nice but the tree is a bit distracting IMO. The bench is a great element here (provides a sense of scale). IMO positioning yourself in a way to include just the bench (off center) would make for a better comp.
The third one has some great tones but it's cropped too tight IMO. A wider lens might work better here with more of the reflections in the lake (use the rule of thirds).

i think it's great that you didn't go crazy with the HDR. images are very pleasing. I like the last one - very dramatic.

#1 I love the colors though I agree it does appear tilted.

#2 The lifeless sky is very distracting to me. It looks like I can see a hint of clouds.
Maybe the graduated filter in LR3 could help bring out some clouds to add interest.

#3 This is my favorite though it doesn't seem to be sharp. I'm guessing that due to the fading light you used a large aperture therefore giving you a shallow depth of field and lack of sharp focus throughout the image.

All in all some good & prudent use of HDR.

Larry

#2 for me out of this series. THe first one is so harshly colored thats is overwhelming, just me.
Last one is so soft.would have been a lovely capture had the focus been adjusted.

you're a great friend, but if Zombies chase us, I am tripping you.

great job. they aren't over processed and don't look like most (including mine) HDR shots. 1 is my favorite but is tilted slightly. 3 is my #2
