Pls help me improve

I like #2 the most but they both seem to have a greenish tint to them...maybe it's her makeup? I think #2 might look kind of cool in B&W...

N1 is fixed, I find the reflex on the glasses distracting, and here is the BW.not my fav

What type of umbrella are you using? It's not diffusing the light across it's material at all.
