Nothing is in focus, and selective coloring is, well...(I'll pretty much let it go at that). Unless its my eyes, the picture is completely out of focus...no amount of "creative" editing will bring it back.

Lovely idea, but Im afraid that with this picture the focus may be just too soft. Sorry :-(

I like the concept, but it's not in focus. Looks like you were manual focusing. Here's a trick (external link) to help on that focus.

I dont' consider my self anywhere near an expert , yet i wonder how someone can submit a picture so clearly out of focus as if this it's not . Yeah really off focus sorry the other stuff does not matter .

Like everyone says subject not in focus = had viewer searching for focal point which is annoying.
